Job Title – ERP / CRM Programme Manager
Location – Onsite– Riyadh
Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced ERP / CRM Programme Manager to lead large-scale enterprise transformation initiatives involving ERP migration programmes and greenfield CRM implementations within complex environments. The role requires strong programme leadership, delivery ownership, and stakeholder management capabilities to oversee end-to-end migration, implementation, testing, and deployment workstreams.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record delivering ERP or CRM transformation programmes for large enterprise clients, preferably within the telecom sector, and be capable of managing cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders in fast-paced environments.
Role and Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end ERP migration programmes across planning, implementation, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support
• Manage greenfield CRM implementation and transformation initiatives within enterprise environments
• Drive programme governance, reporting, risk management, and executive stakeholder engagement
• Coordinate multiple workstreams including migration, integration, testing, deployment, and change management activities
• Ensure programme delivery aligns with business objectives, timelines, budgets, and quality standards
• Lead cross-functional teams including business, technical, vendor, and implementation partners
• Oversee testing strategies, deployment planning, and operational readiness activities
• Manage programme dependencies, risks, issues, and escalation processes effectively
• Collaborate with senior leadership to provide delivery updates, governance reporting, and strategic recommendations
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and ensure successful programme outcomes across all phases of delivery
Skills and Experience
• Proven experience delivering large-scale ERP migration programmes within enterprise environments
• Hands-on experience managing CRM implementation and transformation programmes
• Strong delivery ownership with the ability to lead complex programmes end-to-end
• Experience delivering ERP or CRM implementations for large enterprise clients
• Telecom sector experience is highly preferred
• Strong executive stakeholder management and governance experience
• Excellent programme management, coordination, and leadership skills
• Experience managing migration, implementation, testing, and deployment workstreams
• Strong risk management, issue resolution, and decision-making capabilities
• Ability to manage cross-functional and geographically distributed teams
• Fluent in both Arabic and English
• 10–12 years of overall professional experience, including significant programme delivery experience
