– In depth knowledge of Private Banking products, including credit and financing solutions for High Net Worth and Ultra High Net Worth clients

– Proven capability in the development, structuring, and implementation of tailored products for the Private Banking segment

– Strong understanding of relationship based advisory models, bespoke lending structures, and specialized private client offerings

– Ability to translate strategic concepts and product ideas from the Private Banking team into approved, executable product solutions, ensuring alignment with client needs, business objectives, and operational feasibility

– Exposure to international Private Banking practices and standards is preferred
