Overview
Linnk is seeking a proactive and analytical Vendor Operations & Analytics Coordinator to support a growing vendor management function within a fast-paced logistics and engineering environment.
This role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional with a background in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related discipline. You will work closely with vendor managers and operational stakeholders to improve visibility, reporting, and decision-making across vendor performance and capacity planning activities.
A key aspect of the role will be leveraging modern AI and digital tools to automate manual processes, build reporting dashboards, and develop simple internal solutions that improve efficiency and vendor engagement. While advanced technical expertise is not required, candidates should be comfortable learning and applying AI-powered tools, automation platforms, and data visualisation technologies.

Responsibilities
Vendor Coordination & Performance Management
• Act as a primary point of contact for vendors regarding logistics, deployment activities, and operational issues
• Support vendor communication and coordination across multiple projects and stakeholders
• Monitor vendor performance and assist with tracking key operational metrics
• Support vendor capacity planning and resource forecasting activities
• Assist in identifying risks, issues, and opportunities for performance improvement
Analytics & Process Automation
• Automate manual reporting processes related to vendor costs, capacity planning, and risk management
• Develop and maintain KPI dashboards to track vendor performance and operational metrics
• Analyse operational data and provide insights to support business decisions
• Create reporting tools that improve visibility across vendor management activities
• Support continuous improvement initiatives through data-driven recommendations
Digital Solutions & AI Initiatives
• Build and maintain simple AI-powered solutions, including internal chat agents and automated information tools
• Explore opportunities to leverage AI and automation technologies to improve team productivity
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify repetitive tasks that can be streamlined through automation
• Support the adoption of emerging technologies within the vendor management function
Process Documentation
• Create and maintain standard operating procedures, process documentation, and knowledge base articles
• Develop Wiki pages and training materials that support scalable and standardised ways of working
• Ensure automated processes are documented and easily transferable across teams
Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Data Analytics, Business Engineering, or a related field
• 1–5 years of experience in logistics, operations, supply chain, vendor management, engineering, or related environments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data analysis techniques
• Experience creating reports, dashboards, or performance metrics
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, or similar dashboarding tools
• Exposure to AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, Gemini, or automation platforms
• Knowledge of Power Automate, Zapier, Make, or similar workflow automation tools
• Experience supporting vendor management, logistics, deployment, or supply chain operations
• Understanding of KPI development and performance management frameworks
• Familiarity with process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Kaizen, or Six Sigma
