Job Title – SAP PPM Advisor

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP PPM Advisor to support a major Defense programme in KSA. The role requires a highly skilled SAP PPM expert who can advise and guide the client across all SAP project lifecycle phases, ensuring successful programme delivery within a complex and secure defence environment.

The ideal candidate will have strong SAP PPM deployment experience, deep understanding of enterprise transformation programmes, and proven experience supporting defence sector projects. The role involves close collaboration with stakeholders, programme teams, and business users throughout implementation, testing, deployment, and post-go-live activities.

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide expert advisory support on SAP PPM implementation and transformation initiatives
• Guide clients through all SAP project lifecycle phases including Explore, Realise, SIT, UAT, and Deployment
• Support programme planning, implementation, testing, deployment, and operational readiness activities
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure successful programme execution
• Lead workshops, requirement discussions, and solution alignment sessions with client teams
• Advise on SAP PPM best practices, governance frameworks, and delivery methodologies
• Support issue resolution, risk management, and programme escalation activities
• Ensure solution delivery aligns with business objectives, compliance requirements, and programme timelines
• Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT), System Integration Testing (SIT), and deployment coordination
• Prepare and maintain functional and technical documentation throughout the programme lifecycle

Skills and Experience

• 6–10 years of overall SAP experience with strong expertise in SAP PPM
• Proven experience delivering 2–3 SAP PPM deployments or implementations
• 3–5 years of experience working within Defence sector programmes
• Strong understanding of SAP project lifecycle phases including Explore, Realise, SIT, UAT, and Deployment
• Ability to advise and guide clients across all SAP lifecycle stages
• Experience working within secure and highly regulated environments
• Active Security / Defense clearance is required
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional business and technical teams
• Fluent Arabic and English communication skills
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and programme advisory capabilities
