Role Summary
Responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the bank’s Disaster Recovery (DR) and IT Resilience framework, ensuring critical IT services support business continuity and comply with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain Disaster Recovery and IT Resilience strategies.
Lead disaster recovery planning, testing, and recovery exercises.
Support business continuity through resilient IT infrastructure and services.
Ensure compliance with SAMA regulations and industry best practices.
Work closely with Infrastructure, Cyber Security, Applications, and Business Continuity teams.
Support audits, risk assessments, and regulatory reviews.
Experience & Skills
Proven experience in Disaster Recovery and IT Resilience within the banking sector.
Strong knowledge of Saudi banking and SAMA regulatory requirements.
Experience in global banking environments.
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, business continuity, and operational resilience.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
