Strategic Responsibilities
Core Responsibilities
• Good understanding of Cross Border and Domestic Payment products, rails, payout structures and corporate banking processes.
• Responsible for the strategy, development, enhancement, and performance of the GPS payment products and services. The role ensures that payment solutions are competitive, compliant, customer-focused, and aligned with business growth objectives.
• Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for payment products (domestic and international payment solutions)
• Manage the full product lifecycle, from concept and business case development through commercialization.
• Partner with IT, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Treasury, FI, Sales, and Client Service teams to deliver efficient and secure payment solutions.
• Strong analytical skill to measure the product performance, customer experience, transaction utilization, revenue, costs, and profitability, and recommend improvements based on data study and market trend.
• Ensure adherence to applicable regulatory, legal, network, security, and internal control requirements, including fraud prevention and compliance standards
• Act as subject-matter expert for payment products during client discussions, implementations, testing, issue resolution and post-implementation review.
• Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and trend analysis to identify opportunities for product innovation
• Prepare product documentation, business cases, presentations, management updates, and performance reports

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Statistics, or related field required

Written and spoken English is essential, Arabic is preferred

Around 5 years of experience with preferred 3 years in a relevant role.
