Our Client offers a comprehensive range of services that include voice, messaging, data, fixed communications, Internet of Things, and ICT managed services for both consumers and businesses in Qatar.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
o Provide hands-on technical support for C-suite users across:
o Windows 10 / Windows 11 endpoints
o macOS devices (MacBook)
o Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint)
o Mobile devices (iOS / Android)
o Printers and peripheral devices
o Troubleshoot issues including:

SKILLS & EXPEIRENCE – CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENT
o 3–5 years’ experience in IT support or systems administration roles.
• Microsoft Certification preferred:
• MD-102 (Endpoint Administrator)
• MS-102 (Microsoft 365 Administrator)
• MS-900 (Microsoft 365 Fundamentals)
