ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provides quality customer service, including interacting with customers, answering customer enquiries, and effectively handling customer complaints and escalations
• Handles consumer inbound calls and queries related to the service they are receiving from our Client.
• Disciplined & Target Oriented
• Take and process orders in an accurate manner

• Arabic Speaking mandetory
