Resident Engineer – Aruba SD-WAN

Location: Baku, Azerbaijan / Remote
Duration: 12 month- Renewable Contract
Languages: English and Russian would be ideal
Working Model: Remote support can be considered, but the engineer must be in Azerbaijan and ideally be located close enough to travel to Baku if required.
Role Overview
We are looking for experienced Resident Engineers to support an enterprise Aruba SD-WAN environment. The main focus will be supporting the existing Aruba SD-WAN install base, with strong knowledge of WAN routing and branch networking technologies required.
Key Responsibilities
Support the existing Aruba SD-WAN / EdgeConnect environment.
Troubleshoot SD-WAN and WAN connectivity issues.
Support the installed Aruba SD-WAN infrastructure.
Assist with configuration, maintenance and operational support.
Troubleshoot routing and branch-network connectivity.
Provide remote support aligned with the Azerbaijan time zone.
Travel to Baku if onsite support is required.
Key Skills
Essential:
Strong Aruba SD-WAN / Aruba EdgeConnect experience.
Experience supporting an existing SD-WAN install base.
Strong understanding of WAN routing.
Good knowledge of branch networking technologies.
Strong networking troubleshooting skills.
