Role Summary
We are seeking a mid-level professional with expertise in business analysis, project management, and CMS platforms to lead large-scale card portfolio migrations, ensuring seamless delivery from planning through post-go-live stabilization.

Role and Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end migration from Card 400 to a new CMS, including planning, execution, and stabilization
• Design and implement migration strategy (data mapping, validation, reconciliation, mock runs)
• Manage cross-functional coordination across business, IT, and vendors
• Oversee testing phases (SIT, UAT, end-to-end) and operational readiness
• Drive cutover planning, go/no-go decisions, and post-go-live support

Skills and Experience

• 6–10 years of experience in business analysis and project management
• Strong hands-on expertise with Card 400 platform
• Exposure to other CMS platforms
• Proven experience leading large-scale CMS or card migrations
• Strong knowledge of cards technology and issuer processing
• Deep understanding of card lifecycle, data migration, and reconciliation
• Experience managing integrations and system dependencies
• Hands-on experience with testing, cutover, and production stabilization
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
