Role Summary
The Enterprise Architect – Banking is responsible for defining and driving the overall technology architecture strategy across the organization, ensuring alignment with business goals, regulatory requirements, and digital transformation initiatives. The role focuses on designing scalable, secure, and integrated banking solutions that support innovation and operational excellence.

Role and Responsibilities
• Define and maintain enterprise architecture frameworks, standards, and governance
• Develop and oversee architecture roadmaps aligned with banking strategy and digital transformation goals
• Ensure alignment between business, data, application, and technology architectures
• Lead the design of scalable and secure solutions across core banking, digital channels, and enterprise platforms
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to translate requirements into architectural solutions
• Review and approve solution designs to ensure compliance with enterprise architecture standards
• Drive integration strategies across core banking systems, APIs, and third-party platforms
• Ensure adherence to regulatory, security, and compliance requirements
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovations to enhance banking capabilities
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to delivery teams and architects

Skills and Experience
• Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect within banking or financial services
• Strong knowledge of core banking systems, digital banking platforms, and enterprise integrations
• Experience in large-scale transformation and modernization programs
• Deep understanding of architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF) and governance models
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, APIs, microservices, and integration patterns
• Familiarity with regulatory and security requirements in banking environments
• Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities
• Ability to work across multiple domains and manage complex environments
• Relevant certifications are an advantage
