Project Manager

Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to deliver transformation initiatives within the financial services sector in Saudi Arabia. This is a hands-on role focused on end-to-end project delivery, working closely with technical teams and managing testing phases.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day project delivery across multiple initiatives
Own the full project lifecycle from planning through to delivery
Work closely with technical teams including development and testing
Oversee testing phases to ensure quality and readiness
Deliver business and technology transformation projects
Manage timelines, risks, issues, and dependencies
Engage with stakeholders across business and technology teams

Project Scope

Digital, technology, and operational transformation projects
Multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment
Work within financial institutions such as banks or fintechs

Required Experience

5–7 years of experience in project management roles
Proven experience delivering end-to-end projects
At least 2 years of experience in financial services in Saudi Arabia
Experience working with technical teams and testing environments

Key Skills

Strong project management skills (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
Good stakeholder management and communication
Ability to manage multiple projects at once
Strong problem-solving and risk management
