Project Planner (Contract)
Location: Spain or Poland (up to 25% EU travel)

Linnk is supporting the expansion of a major European fulfilment network and is seeking an experienced Project Planner to manage complex schedules across large-scale logistics and automation projects.

The Role
You will be responsible for developing, managing, and maintaining integrated project schedules for fulfilment centre builds. Working closely with engineering, construction, startup, and vendor teams, you will ensure milestones are met, risks are identified early, and dependencies across multiple workstreams are effectively managed.

Key Responsibilities
-Develop and maintain integrated project schedules for large-scale fulfilment centre projects
-Coordinate interdependent vendor installation and material flow schedules
-Track progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans
-Partner with engineering and construction teams to meet key milestones
-Lead schedule reviews with internal teams and external vendors
-Conduct schedule impact and resource-loading assessments
-Monitor and report progress, milestones, and planning risks
-Support planning best practices and standardisation across the network

Basic Qualifications
-Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Business, or related field
-Experience in project planning and scheduling within complex environments
-Proficiency in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar tools
-Experience managing large, multi-stream projects
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
-Advanced English proficiency (local language advantageous)
-Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Preferred Qualifications
-Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent)
-Experience launching logistics centres, factories, or large facilities
-Knowledge of material handling systems (conveyors, racking, etc.)
-Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
-Experience with AutoCAD or layout planning tools
-Additional European language skills (German, French, Polish, Spanish)
