Program Manager – Supply Chain Finance

Role Summary
The Program Manager – Supply Chain Finance is responsible for leading and delivering strategic initiatives that optimize working capital, enhance cash flow, and improve financial performance across the supply chain. The role focuses on driving end-to-end program execution, implementing supply chain finance solutions, and aligning cross-functional stakeholders to support business objectives.

Role and Responsibilities
• Lead and manage supply chain finance programs from initiation through to delivery
• Develop and implement working capital optimization strategies (payables, receivables, inventory)
• Collaborate with procurement, finance, and operations teams to enhance supplier financing solutions
• Drive implementation of supply chain finance platforms and digital tools
• Manage program timelines, budgets, risks, and stakeholder expectations
• Engage with banks and financial institutions to structure financing solutions
• Monitor program performance through KPIs and provide regular reporting to leadership
• Identify opportunities to improve cash flow, cost efficiency, and supplier relationships
• Ensure alignment with organizational financial and operational strategies
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and drive continuous improvement initiatives

Skills and Experience
• Proven experience in program management, supply chain finance, or related roles
• Strong understanding of working capital management and financial processes
• Experience with supply chain finance solutions (e.g., reverse factoring, dynamic discounting)
• Ability to manage complex, cross-functional programs and stakeholders
• Experience working with financial institutions and external partners
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Relevant certifications (PMP, CFA, CIMA) are an advantage
