Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Machine Learning Engineer with a background in the banking or financial services domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing ML modules, building scoring models, and contributing to the automation of model delivery platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and develop machine learning models for various banking use cases (e.g., credit scoring, fraud detection, customer segmentation)
• Build and maintain scoring cards and predictive analytics tools
• Develop and enhance automated model delivery and deployment pipelines
• Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders to define requirements and deliver solutions
• Ensure models are scalable, explainable, and compliant with regulatory standards

Required Skills:
• Strong experience in machine learning model development
• Familiarity with banking or financial domain use cases
• Hands-on experience with Python, scikit-learn, TensorFlow or similar ML frameworks
• Experience in building scoring models and automation pipelines
• Understanding of MLOps and model deployment best practices
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
