Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Apache Airflow Engineer to work on modern data platforms, focusing on data pipeline orchestration, transformation, and automation. This is a hands-on senior role requiring strong experience with Airflow, dbt, SQL, and infrastructure as code.

Key Responsibilities
– Design and maintain Apache Airflow DAGs for complex data workflows
– Build and optimise data pipelines using Python, SQL, and dbt
– Ensure reliability, performance, and monitoring of production pipelines
– Contribute to infrastructure automation using Terraform
– Collaborate with distributed data and platform teams
– Document pipelines and best practices

Must-Have Skills & Experience
– 8+ years as a Data Engineer / Data Architect
– 4+ years hands-on Apache Airflow experience
– Strong Python and SQL skills
– Practical experience with dbt
– Experience using Terraform
– Fluent English
– Based in an EU country

Nice to Have
– Kubernetes and Docker experience
– Financial services / regulated environment exposure
