ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Team Leadership, Lead and mentor operations staff, promoting collaboration and excellence.
• Cloud Management, Optimize platform performance on Azure/Google Cloud, including costs and resources.
• Incident Management, Implement response procedures to resolve critical issues effectively.
• Security and Compliance, Work with security teams to maintain compliance and data integrity.
• Budget Management, Handle operations budget, including forecasting and tracking expenses.
• Reporting, Provide regular performance reports to senior management.
SKILLS & EXPEIRENCE
• Strong knowledge of cloud computing, IaC, and DevOps principles, with expertise in smart city platform architectures and tools, and experience in cloud platforms like Azure and Google Cloud.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in technical operations management in cloud environments, especially with Azure/Google Cloud.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL) are a plus.
