Join our pioneering Digital Assets program and help deliver the next generation of blockchain-based financial solutions. We’re looking for two experienced Product Owners to lead the end-to-end delivery of products that will redefine how we manage, trade, and transfer digital assets.

About the Program

The Digital Assets initiative focuses on two key use cases:

Stablecoins for international payments and remittance (BCB & CIB)

Digital/Cryptoasset trading (via partners, with partial in-house build), including staking

These roles are central to delivering incremental, high-impact products that will bring blockchain innovation to real-world financial applications.

Product Owner – Stablecoins

Role Overview

As the Product Owner for Stablecoins, you will lead the design and delivery of digital asset products supporting international payments and remittance. Acting as the customer and business representative, you will define the product vision, manage stakeholder expectations, and ensure successful delivery of stablecoin-related initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end delivery of stablecoin product journeys — from concept to deployment.

Define and maintain the product backlog, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

Collaborate with architects, engineers, and business stakeholders to design and deliver scalable solutions.

Lead prioritisation sessions to balance competing demands and achieve consensus across divisions.

Engage in internal education and stakeholder alignment to drive adoption and understanding of stablecoin solutions.

Monitor and report on delivery progress, KPIs, and business impact.

Skills & Experience

Proven experience (5+ years) as a Product Owner or Product Manager in fintech, banking, or blockchain.

Deep domain knowledge of stablecoins, digital currencies, or payments systems.

Demonstrated success delivering complex Agile product initiatives end-to-end.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including cross-divisional collaboration.

Strong prioritisation skills — able to bring diverse groups to alignment and decision.

Understanding of regulatory, compliance, and operational considerations for digital assets.

Product Owner – Crypto-Trading

Role Overview

As the Product Owner for Crypto-Trading, you will lead delivery of the organisation’s digital asset trading capabilities — including partner integrations, in-house trading features, and staking. You’ll drive the product vision, align stakeholders, and oversee delivery of incremental product releases that enhance trading efficiency and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Define and own the product roadmap for crypto trading and staking journeys.

Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle in an Agile environment.

Collaborate with internal and external partners to design trading solutions aligned with enterprise strategy.

Represent the voice of the customer and business, ensuring value-driven delivery.

Lead prioritisation and decision-making across multiple stakeholder groups.

Monitor progress and performance against delivery milestones and business KPIs.

Skills & Experience

5+ years’ experience as a Product Owner / Product Manager within crypto, digital asset trading, or financial markets.

Strong understanding of crypto exchanges, custody models, staking mechanisms, and DeFi trends.

Proven track record of Agile product delivery and complex change management.

Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.

Skilled in prioritisation, backlog management, and cross-functional leadership.

Experience working with third-party vendors and integration partners.
