We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of logistics, fulfillment center construction projects across KSA
The Construction Manager will be responsible for managing, and coordinating all aspects of construction delivery, including safety, quality, schedule, budget, contractor management, authority approvals, commissioning, and project handover. The role requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders, consultants, developers, contractors, and operations teams to ensure successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities
Project Delivery
Manage construction projects from design handover through final completion.
Monitor project schedules and ensure milestone achievement.
Track project budgets and manage cost risks.
Review contractor progress and performance.
Lead weekly and monthly project reporting.
Safety Management
Ensure compliance with all local health and safety regulations.
Conduct regular site safety inspections.
Lead safety reviews with contractors and consultants.
Promote a zero-incident safety culture.
Quality Control
Verify construction works comply with approved drawings and specifications.
Manage inspection and testing activities.
Track and close quality observations and defects.
Review commissioning and handover documentation.
Stakeholder Management
Coordinate with:
Real Estate teams
Design, and shadow consultants
General contractors
Local authorities
Operations teams
Facility management teams
Contract Administration
Manage contractor contracts and change orders.
Review variation requests and claims in collaboration with the consultants/
Monitor contractor, and the developer compliance with contractual obligations.
Commissioning & Handover
Support testing and commissioning activities.
Ensure all close-out documentation is completed.
Lead final handover to operations and maintenance teams.
Minimum Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s degree in:
Civil Engineering with min 10 Years experience.
Construction Management
knowledge on the Mechanical Engineering
knowledge on the Electrical Engineering
Related Engineering Discipline
Preferred Experience
Experience delivering large logistics or fulfillment centers.
Experience with multinational companies.
Experience with fast-track construction projects.

A suitable candidate may have:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
10-15 years of construction management experience.
PMP certification.
NEBOSH certification.
Experience delivering warehouses, logistics facilities, industrial buildings, data centers, or fulfillment centers.
Experience managing contractors, consultants, and project budgets.
Familiarity with project schedules, authority approvals, commissioning, and handover processes.
