An exciting opportunity for an experienced Procurement Specialist to join a leading organization, managing end-to-end purchasing operations. The role focuses on purchase orders, renewals, and transitioning contract renewals into PR/PO processes to streamline procurement efficiency.
Role and Responsibilities
• Manage full procurement lifecycle, including raising and processing PRs and POs.
• Oversee contract renewals and vendor agreements, ensuring timely execution and compliance.
• Support the transition from contract renewals to a structured PR/PO-based system.
• Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, renewals, and supplier performance.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to forecast demand and align procurement strategies.
Skills and Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Proven experience managing PRs, POs, and contract renewals.
• Strong background in order management and supplier coordination.
• Hands-on experience with ERP or procurement systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Ariba).
• Knowledge of procurement policies, compliance, and governance standards.
• Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Strong analytical and reporting abilities.
• Experience transitioning from contract renewals to PO-based procurement processes.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
