Role Overview
Linnk Group are seeking a CISSP-certified Senior Security Advisory Lead with deep and broad security expertise to support a large-scale High-Performance Computing (HPC) Data Centre programme.
This role requires 10+ years of progressive security experience, combining strong technical depth with advisory leadership capability. You will act as the senior security authority across identity, privileged access, cryptography, and infrastructure security domains, ensuring secure-by-design implementation across a complex, high-capacity compute environment.
Exposure to HPC environments is advantageous but not mandatory. The emphasis is on enterprise-scale security leadership within mission-critical infrastructure.

Required Experience
• 10+ years of progressive experience in Information Security.
• CISSP certification.
• Demonstrated experience in technical security advisory or security leadership roles.
• Deep knowledge across multiple security domains including:
o PKI & Cryptographic Architecture
o Privileged Access Management (PAM / PUAM)
o SSO & Federation
o Enterprise IAM
o Infrastructure & Network Security
• Experience operating in large-scale, mission-critical environments.
Technical Expertise
Strong practical knowledge of:
• Enterprise PKI architectures
• Certificate lifecycle management
• PAM platforms (CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Delinea or similar)
• Identity platforms (Entra ID, Okta, Ping, Keycloak)
• Federation protocols (SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect)
• Network segmentation & secure data centre design
• Zero Trust Architecture
• Security frameworks (NIST CSF, ISO 27001)
