The Digital Change & Adoption Lead will support the Digital Delivery Office (DDO) in driving adoption of digital solutions, data platforms, and new ways of working across the organisation. The role focuses on stakeholder engagement, change management, and communication activities to ensure the success and sustainability of transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver the DDO’s Adoption & Change Management (ACM) strategy across digital initiatives.
• Conduct stakeholder analysis, engagement sessions, and readiness assessments to identify adoption risks and dependencies.
• Develop and implement communication and engagement plans tailored to different audiences and project phases.
• Coordinate training and knowledge-transfer activities with project teams and entity representatives.

Skills & Experience:
• Minimum 8 years of professional experience in organisational change management, digital transformation, or user adoption programmes.
• Strong experience leading digital change and adoption initiatives in large or complex organisations, ideally in public sector, education, or enterprise environments.
• Demonstrated success in driving user adoption of new digital platforms, data tools, and process automation solutions.
• Hands-on delivery experience in stakeholder engagement, communication strategy, and training programme design.
