Role Overview
We’re looking for a junior-to-mid Microsoft Copilot Studio Developer to design, build, and improve AI-powered conversational agents on the Power Platform. You’ll create copilots that automate business tasks, integrate with enterprise systems via Power Automate/Dataverse and APIs, and deploy them on channels like Teams or web. The role involves topic and prompt design, workflow orchestration, testing, monitoring, and continuous optimization in collaboration with business and IT stakeholders.

Responsibilities
– Develop, configure and optimise conversational AI experiences using Microsoft Copilot Studio
– Design chatbot flows, prompts, and logic for customer-facing use cases
– Integrate Copilot with APIs, backend systems, CRM tools and data sources

Required Experience
– Proven experience building or configuring Copilot Studio, Power Virtual Agents or similar conversational AI tools
– Strong skills in automations, Power Platform / Power Automate and API integrations
– Good understanding of conversational design, user journeys and prompt engineering
– Background working on AI, RPA, chatbot, or digital automation projects
