Project Manager – Platform Transformation

Role Summary
The Program Manager – Banking Platform Transformation is responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of transformation initiatives across staff and branch applications. The role focuses on modernizing banking platforms, improving user experience, and driving operational efficiency through the implementation of scalable, secure, and user-centric solutions.

Role and Responsibilities
• Lead and manage transformation programs for staff and branch banking applications
• Define program roadmap, scope, timelines, and delivery strategy aligned with business objectives
• Collaborate with business, IT, and vendor teams to deliver platform modernization initiatives
• Oversee implementation of new systems, enhancements, and digital solutions
• Manage program risks, dependencies, budgets, and stakeholder expectations
• Ensure seamless integration with core banking systems and enterprise platforms
• Drive user adoption, change management, and training initiatives across branches and staff
• Monitor program performance through KPIs and provide regular updates to senior leadership
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and internal governance standards
• Promote continuous improvement and innovation across banking platforms

Skills and Experience
• Proven experience in program management within banking or financial services
• Strong knowledge of banking platforms, branch systems, and staff-facing applications
• Experience in large-scale digital or platform transformation programs
• Understanding of core banking systems, integrations, and enterprise architecture
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to work across business and technology teams
• Experience managing third-party vendors and system integrators
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Relevant certifications (PMP, Prince2) are an advantage
