The Information Technology Associate will be a key contributor in the evolution of our enterprise collaboration and business application estate. This encompasses critical platforms including SharePoint/M365, ServiceNow, iManage/EDMS, DealCloud, Convene, Workvivo, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), and Adobe Acrobat Sign & Adobe Document Cloud services.
Roles and Responsibilities
• Design, engineer, and manage applications and automation solutions.
• Build secure multi-technology/REST services, data models, and Azure-native integrations, ensuring connectivity to any source and destination across the enterprise.
• Own and enforce information architecture standards.
• Deliver client- and server-side solutions for enterprise platforms.
• Implement SSO and security controls (including Customer-Managed Encryption Keys – CMEK).
Skills and Experience
• Architecture & Governance: Design hub sites, site templates, metadata, retention, sensitivity labels, and access models.
• Build & Customize: SPFx, PowerShell/CSOM/Graph automations, lists/libraries, content types, search, and Viva Connections surfacing.
• Migration & Lifecycle: Plan/execute classic→modern and on-prem→Online migrations; manage versioning, archival, and lifecycle policies.
• Integration: Webhooks/Graph/REST integrations with ServiceNow, DealCloud, iManage, and external applications
