Automation Consultant

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Automation Resource to support banking operations through data automation, UI-driven visualisation, and analytics solutions. The role focuses on streamlining reporting, improving data-driven decision-making, and delivering high-quality insights within a regulated banking environment.

Role and Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain automated workflows and analytics solutions using Alteryx and Python

Build intuitive UI and data visualisation dashboards to support business and operational teams

Automate recurring reports and data processes to improve efficiency and accuracy

Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical automation solutions

Ensure solutions comply with banking standards, data governance, and security requirements

Skills and Experience

Minimum 5+ years’ experience working within the banking or financial services sector

Strong experience with Alteryx for data preparation, automation, and analytics

Working knowledge of Python for automation, data processing, and scripting

Proven experience in UI design and data visualisation (dashboards, reports, analytical views)

Strong understanding of data quality, controls, and regulatory considerations in banking

Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
