Role Summary – We are seeking a Mid-Level UX/UI Designer to create intuitive, user-centered digital experiences for our banking products. The ideal candidate brings solid UX thinking, strong visual design skills, and prior experience in digital banking or fintech environments.

Role and Responsibilities
• Design user experiences and interfaces across mobile and web banking platforms
• Understand business requirements and turn them into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver effective solutions
• Contribute to and maintain scalable design systems using Figma
• Continuously improve user journeys based on feedback, usability testing, and data insights
• Ensure consistency, usability, and accessibility across all designs

Skills and Experience
• 3–5 years of UX/UI design experience
• Experience in banking, fintech, or financial services (mandatory)
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design work (mandatory)
• Proficiency in Figma (mandatory)
• Proven experience in creating and maintaining design systems (mandatory)
• Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and information architecture
• Ability to conduct UX research, competitor benchmarking, and translate insights into actionable design decisions
• Expertise in creating user flows, wireframes, and prototypes
• Excellent presentation and storytelling skills, with the ability to clearly communicate design decisions to stakeholders
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
