Role Summary

Join a forward-thinking organisation as a ServiceNow Architect / Lead, responsible for designing, governing, and delivering scalable ServiceNow solutions across the enterprise. You will lead platform architecture, guide development teams, and work closely with IT leadership to ensure the ServiceNow roadmap supports business strategy and digital transformation goals.

Role and Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, design, and development of ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITBM, and CMDB modules
• Manage and mentor a team of ServiceNow developers, ensuring delivery quality and adherence to best practices
• Drive process automation, system integrations, and platform optimisation initiatives
• Design and deliver architectural solutions, proofs of concept, and continuous performance improvements
• Collaborate with IT leadership and key stakeholders to align ServiceNow capabilities with enterprise objectives
• Provide technical governance, design authority, and oversight across ServiceNow implementations
• Support roadmap planning, upgrades, and platform maturity initiatives

Skills and Experience

• Proven experience in ServiceNow architecture and development, ideally in enterprise-scale environments
• Strong expertise across ITSM, ITBM, CMDB, and related ServiceNow modules
• Hands-on experience managing development teams and technical delivery
• Deep understanding of ServiceNow best practices, data models, and platform architecture
• Experience delivering integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and third-party systems
• Ability to design scalable, secure, and high-performance ServiceNow solutions
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills, including working with senior IT leadership
• Experience producing architectural documentation, technical designs, and governance standards
• Understanding of ServiceNow security, roles, permissions, and compliance best practices
