We are seeking an HR Solutions Analyst for a Managed Services client of ours in Qatar . As an HR Solutions Analyst, you will be responsible for identifying issues in the HR department and resolving them. You will also be responsible for giving recommendations to different departments on improvements of various HR processes.

Roles and Responsibilities
• Ensure the efficient operation of ERP (Oracle EBS R12) System functions to support requirements.
• Provide functional support for HRMS ERP modules.
• Enhance existing system by implementing new features based on user’s needs.
• Work closely with end users and help troubleshooting issues and bugs.
• Document new requirements, participate in overall design, implementation, and testing

Skills and Experience
• Very solid hands on experience on HR, Payroll and Self-Service modules
• Over five (5) years of experience in implementing/supporting Oracle EBS R 12
• Completed 3 implementation cycles of Oracle EBS 12.2 at least
• Have good cross module functional / technical knowledge in HCM modules
• Ability to train users in Oracle EBS modules and help create training materials
