Digital Program Manager

We are seeking a Digital Program Manager with a strong background in program or portfolio management within digital or technology environments. The ideal candidate will bring a mix of strategic oversight and hands-on delivery experience, combined with excellent stakeholder engagement and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
This role plays a key part in ensuring the successful delivery of complex digital program by driving coordination, reporting, and governance across multiple workstreams.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of digital program or portfolios across cross-functional teams.
Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, risks, and dependencies.
Develop and maintain program plans, status reports, and dashboards for stakeholders and leadership.
Manage stakeholder relationships across business and technology functions, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
Monitor program performance using data-driven insights and reporting tools.
Collaborate with teams to ensure outcomes are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.

Key Requirements

Proven experience in program or portfolio management within digital transformation or technology-focused environments.
Strong coordination, reporting, and stakeholder management skills across multiple teams and departments.
Exposure to Business Intelligence (BI) tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar, including experience with data-driven program tracking and reporting.
Ability to work in fast-paced environments, managing multiple priorities effectively.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
[Optional: Relevant certifications such as PMP, MSP, Agile/Scrum, or PRINCE2.
