To provide structured programme coordination, tracking, and reporting support across the DDO portfolio, ensuring consistent oversight of progress, dependencies, and outcomes for internal and executive reporting. The role strengthens the operational backbone of the DDO during its establishment phase and enables clear visibility across all digital initiatives.
The role will focus on:
• Maintain and update the DDO Delivery Tracker, ensuring initiative statuses, milestones, risks, and dependencies are accurately captured.
• Consolidate inputs from Programme Managers, Business Analysts, and technical leads into weekly and monthly progress reports for the Director DDO.
• Prepare presentation material, dashboards, and summary briefs for the ED-IT, COO, and CEO as required.
• Support scheduling and coordination of DDO programme reviews, meetings, and working group sessions.
• Track decisions and actions, ensuring timely follow-up and communication to relevant stakeholders.
Key requirements:
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in programme coordination or PMO support, ideally within digital transformation or large IT delivery environments.
• Strong skills in tracking, scheduling, and reporting tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Power BI, or equivalent).
• Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams.
