Role: MEPF Construction Manager Location: Ireland - Dublin Role Description Primary objective of the role is to provide MEPF support to Construction Management team, the GC and the MEPF subcontractors on client new region builds. This involves interfacing with the below teams: • GC/ACS & MEPF Contractors • Construction managers • Design Engineering team • Security team • ACS & MEP Consultants • Commissioning team • Local authorities and others as needed Primary point of contact for client Construction Management team. The following is an overview of the activities carried out to achieve the above: 1. Review of IFC design for design issues/improvements and to determine where local alternatives with better lead times could be applied. 2. Review incoming design change directives for impact to MEP works and establish if they can be implemented depending on site progress, and if they can be implemented determine a reasonable schedule impact. 3. Work with the MEPF contractors and offer technical support on MEPF systems, clarify clients expectations and typical installation practices for client which may not necessarily be clarified on the IFC design. 4. Assist the MEPF contractors in the generation of shop drawings, review of same prior to formal submission. 5. Review alternative technical proposals from the MEPF contractors to determine if proposal would be acceptable to client prior to formal submission where the contractor is required/chooses to deviate from the specification/design. 6. Track and monitor MEPF shop drawings and technical submittals and push same through the approval process, offer technical support to the reviewers where required. 7. Development of a shop drawing tracker for the MEPF contractors to populate and maintain. 8. Monitor the procurement process of the MEPF contractors to ensure orders are placed for materials and equipment in time for delivery without affecting project schedule. 9. Development of a Procurement tracker for the MEPF contractors to populate and maintain. 10. Provide the ACS contractors with an insight into MEPF works in order to prioritise ACS works affecting the efficient MEPF progress. 11. Coordinate the sequence of MEPF works on behalf of the GC. 12. Track, monitor and report on MEPF progress daily whilst monitoring manpower and equipment deployed across the sites. 13. Review of progress against resources and forecast required resources to be deployed in order to meet/recover schedule. 14. Offering MEPF contractors advice on long lead equipment handling, installation and commissioning. 15. Ensuring MEPF contractor provided equipment for installations and testing is secured well in advance. 16. Review the quality of the MEPF installation whilst its WIP to minimise reworks. 17. Advise MEPF contractors of client best practices and standards. Communicate client expectations to the MEPF teams. 18. Work with the MEPF contractors to close out comments and non conformance reports. 19. Develop with the MEPF contractors ITP's, Inspection notices, pre-commissioning and commissioning plans and procedures with the aid of the commissioning manager. 20. Provide guidance to the MEPF contractors on installation and coordination at site. 21. Review and determine acceptable deviations from the design/shop drawings. 22. Coordinate with the LLE vendors for equipment delivery, installation, testing and commissioning. Determine their site requirements and ensure the GC follows through with delivering on the requirements prior to LLE equipment/personnel arrival. 23. Review reported VS actual progress at site to verify contractor is on or behind schedule. Provide an updated progress report where required. 24. Provide MEPF contractors with guidance on commissioning and oversee MEPF L1-L3 commissioning. 25. Interface with client Cx team for L4-L5 commissioning. 26. Support the GC in the management of MEPF contractors through to PFHO.

Role: CSA Construction Manager Location: Dublin – Ireland Role Description Primary objective of the role is to monitor, assist and manage the Civil Structural Architecture (CSA) Contractor on client new region projects, to ensure the quality of the installation is to client standards as well as speed of delivery to the client project schedule. Overview of Activities The following is an overview of the activities carried out to achieve the above: • Review of CSA IFC designs to gain scope understanding. Where design issues are present, highlight same to be rectified in future designs and shop drawings. • Assist the CSA contractor in the development of shop drawings and review of same. • Monitor shop drawing progress against project programme. • Assist in technical review of proposed materials and equipment prior to formal submission. • Monitor material approval status, and procurement to project programme to ensure materials are submitted and approved in time for procurement, and ensure smooth delivery for construction. • Monitor site works to project programme, ensuring adequate labour, plant and machinery are available for the available work faces. • Inspect work in progress to ensure best practices and client standards are applied from an early stage to minimise / eliminate rework. • Interface with MEPF sub-contractors to identify potential issues delaying access and progress. • Sequence works to maximise progress for available work fronts. • Drive the Structural and Civil scope to ensure MEPF contractor can gain early access to roof area for Fire Protection, LLE Equipment, CHW and Electrical Containment installations. • Prioritise Phase 1 Zone to ensure building envelope is sealed pre-arrival of LLE equipment. • Monitor progress and prepare micro programmes with labour forecasts where contractors have varied from project programme in order to recover lost time. • Assist in the development of method statements. • Interface with construction crews at the work faces to resolve technical/installation queries. • Walk down of CSA work packs pre-final inspection with local consultant. • Interface with LLE suppliers and MEPF sub-contractors to ensure they are prepared for installation / commissioning of their equipment. • Transfer of knowledge and client experience to CSA & MEPF contractors for future phases. • Assist the MCs through L4 and L5 commissioning.

This is a hands-on, site-based role focused on identifying, managing, and resolving design-related issues that impact installation, safety, maintenance, and overall system performance. This position acts as a key link between on-site operations and central design teams, working closely with Field Engineering, Design and Construction, IT, RME, Safety, and external vendors to ensure efficient issue resolution and continuous site improvement.
