Role Summary
The Senior Software Engineer / Technical Lead is responsible for leading the design, development, and delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performance software solutions. The role focuses on mentoring junior developers, driving engineering best practices, leveraging AI-powered development tools, and collaborating across cross-functional teams to deliver reliable and maintainable applications.

Role and Responsibilities
• Lead and mentor junior developers, supporting onboarding, technical growth, and successful project delivery
• Guide development teams in translating business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions
• Review code to ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, project conventions, and architectural guidelines
• Drive software quality, performance, reliability, and security across highly scalable and business-critical applications
• Champion the adoption of AI-powered development tools, including GitHub Copilot, to improve engineering productivity and efficiency
• Contribute to the design and development of solutions across multiple technologies and platforms
• Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve production issues through efficient and reliable bug fixes
• Collaborate with mobile, frontend, backend, DevOps, and other cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions
• Develop and maintain APIs and third-party services while ensuring compliance with security and governance standards
• Work closely with DevOps teams to manage CI/CD pipelines, release processes, and secure software delivery practices

Skills and Experience
• Proven experience as a Senior Software Engineer, Technical Lead, or similar role
• Strong experience mentoring and leading software engineering teams
• Expertise in software architecture, design patterns, and application development best practices
• Experience developing scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications
• Strong knowledge of API development, system integrations, and service-oriented architectures
• Hands-on experience with multiple technology stacks and modern software development frameworks
• Experience working with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and automated deployment processes
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot and their application in software engineering workflows
• Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and code review capabilities
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills
