Experience

Minimum 10 years in project management, ideally spanning software delivery, digital transformation, vendor coordination, and cross-functional governance
Proven Waterfall delivery experience: scope definition, planning, milestone tracking, dependency management, formal governance reporting
Proven Agile delivery experience: backlog management, sprint planning, sprint review, retrospectives, stakeholder engagement
Experience leading digital transformation, ERP, CRM, integration, or enterprise application delivery projects (required)
FinTech or financial services technology delivery experience (preferred)
Background as a Lead Developer, Test Lead, or Solution Architect (preferred)
Consulting, vendor delivery, or professional services background (preferred)

Skills & tools

Advanced JIRA skills, including customization and workflow configuration
Strong AI tools knowledge to accelerate productivity
Azure knowledge (preferred)
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills across technical, business, vendor, and senior management audiences
Influencing and negotiation skills
Proficient English (required), Arabic a plus

Education & certifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related technical/management field (required)
Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Project Management, or related (preferred)
PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, AgilePM, or equivalent PM certification (required)
Azure AZ-900 (preferred)
