Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Support Project Manager to join an automotive manufacturing programme based in Guyancourt.
This is an operational and functional project-management role, rather than a hands-on technical engineering position. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating support activities across multiple internal functions, suppliers and customer stakeholders, ensuring that contractual commitments, project deliverables, budgets, schedules and operational support requirements are delivered effectively.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead and coordinate support projects from an operational and functional perspective.
• Manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders across multiple business areas.
• Coordinate internal and external contributors including customers, suppliers, engineering, procurement, support and commercial teams.
• Review and interpret contractual requirements and translate them into clear operational actions.
• Ensure customer support requirements are understood and delivered across the relevant teams.
• Define, manage and secure the project schedule, deliverables, budget and resource plan.
• Monitor Quality, Cost and Delivery performance and maintain clear project reporting.
• Identify project risks, issues and potential conflicts and coordinate appropriate corrective actions.
• Manage customer-facing discussions relating to project scope, contractual commitments and delivery.
• Coordinate activities linked to Integrated Logistics Support and In-Service Support.
• Support the transition from project delivery into operational lifecycle support.
• Coordinate supply chain, logistics, maintenance and fleet-support activities.
• Drive continuous improvement and capture lessons learned across support projects.
• Provide clear reporting to senior stakeholders and customer representatives.

Must-Have Experience
Candidates must demonstrate all three of the following:
• Strong experience working within a contractual environment, with the ability to understand, interpret and manage contractual requirements.
• Minimum 10 years of Project Management experience, ideally within complex manufacturing, industrial, automotive environments.
• Strong operational project-management capability, including coordination of multiple stakeholders, budgets, schedules, risks and deliverables.
