SME-Cash Management expert Saudi National

Core Responsibilities
Saudi National with 8+ years of Product Management experience, including at least 3 years of previous banking experience, preferably in Cash Management, Transaction Banking, Payments, or Corporate Banking.
Strong understanding of Cash Management, domestic and cross-border payment products, payment rails, payout structures, and corporate banking processes.
Responsible for the strategy, development, enhancement, and performance of Cash Management and payment products and services.
Define and execute product strategy and roadmap, managing the full product lifecycle from concept and business case development through commercialization.
Partner with IT, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Treasury, FI, Sales, and Client Service teams to deliver efficient, secure, and compliant solutions.
Analyze product performance, customer experience, transaction utilization, revenue, costs, and profitability, recommending improvements based on data and market trends.
Ensure adherence to SAMA and applicable regulatory, legal, security, fraud prevention, and internal control requirements.
Act as a subject-matter expert for Cash Management and payment products during client discussions, implementations, testing, and issue resolution.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for product innovation and growth.
Prepare product documentation, business cases, presentations, management updates, and performance reports.
