Qualifications:
Proven experience in operational ownership and service governance for enterprise applications, including risk assessment, control design, and audit readiness
Strong working knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) practices, including incident, problem, and change management in vendor driven environments
Ability to analyze and report on IT performance metrics and compliance gaps
Familiarity with ticketing and productivity tools (e.g: Manage Engine, JIRA, MS Planner)
Understanding of process design and re-engineering principles
8 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, and PowerAutomate, developing Plugins, new modules, and customizations
5 years of experience in developing .NET applications
AI skills for automating repetitive / manual work
AI Agent, Copilot Studio implementation skills
Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations MCP, AI Agent integration experience
