About the role

My client is seeking an experience BESS Project Manager to support them on BESS projects around France, with each project ranging from 10-20MWh.

The successful candidate will be working full time, 5 days a week. This is a Hybrid role involving travel to the office once every two weeks.

Key responsibilities:

Manage EPC and Co-ordinate with stakeholders/OEM
Conduct site visits for inspections when required
Report to and representing the clients Engineering and Execution teams

What we are looking for:

Candidate that is French speaking
Happy to travel once every two weeks to different offices and sites in the Paris/Lyon region.
5+ years experience managing commercial level BESS projects
Strong experience in stakeholder management
Experience and technical knowledge with BESS projects and systems
Experience managing grid connection applications, permits, and compliance requirements for BESS or power generation projects in France, including knowledge of local electrical regulations and MV/HV grid connection processes.
Hands on knowledge with MS project
The understanding of PSCAD is desirable
