Senior Consultant CRM Specialist

Role Name : Senior Consultant CRM Specialist
Role Type : Contractual (12 months Renewable)
Location : Dubai

Job Qualifications:
• 8+ years hands-on with Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement
• Strong configuration and customisation depth: data model, security model, business process flows
• Solid development skills in C# (plugins, custom workflow activities) and JavaScript (form scripting)
• Proven delivery of Power Pages / Power Apps portals for external users
• Strong experience building Power Automate flows
• Hands-on integration work with the D365 Web API and other systems
• Working knowledge of Azure DevOps for source control, work tracking and deployments
• Experience with SSRS or equivalent CRM reporting
• Comfortable working onsite and directly with business stakeholders in an Agile setup

Nice-to-have
• Banking, financial services, credit bureau or other regulated-sector CRM experience
• UAE or GCC project experience
• Azure integration services: Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Service Bus
• Power BI and Dataverse reporting
• ALM tooling: Power Platform Build Tools, pipelines, managed solutions
• Exposure to Dynamics 365 Customer Service or Sales modules end to end
• Awareness of UAE data protection requirements and CBUAE expectations for financial data
Qualifications and certifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or a related field
• Preferred: PL-400 (Power Platform Developer) or MB-210 / MB-230 (D365 functional consultant)
• Also valued: PL-200, PL-600, AZ-900 or legacy MB2 Dynamics CRM customisation certifications
