Job Title – Sigma BI Analyst / Dashboard Developer
Location – Remote- Riyadh

Role Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Sigma BI Analyst / Dashboard Developer to support dashboard development, reporting, and data validation initiatives within a data-driven business environment. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to build scalable dashboards, support UAT activities, and ensure data accuracy and reporting consistency across the organization.

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist in report and dashboard development in Sigma under senior guidance
• Support migration activities, testing processes, and data validation tasks
• Create and maintain reusable dashboard templates and visual design standards
• Coordinate with data engineering teams to ensure data pipelines and models align with Sigma reporting requirements
• Prepare technical and functional documentation for dashboards and reporting processes
• Maintain version control and manage user access rights for dashboards and reports
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles with stakeholders to gather feedback and refine dashboards
• Support continuous improvement of reporting processes and dashboard usability
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and quality across reports and visualizations

Skills and Experience

• Experience working with Sigma Computing or similar BI/reporting tools
• Understanding of dashboard development, data visualization, and reporting best practices
• Familiarity with data migration, testing, and validation processes
• Knowledge of data models, ETL/data pipelines, and analytics workflows
• Experience collaborating with data engineering and business stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Ability to prepare clear documentation and maintain reporting standards
• Understanding of UAT processes and stakeholder feedback management
• Familiarity with access management and version control practices
• Strong communication and coordination skills in cross-functional environments
