I’m currently supporting a client with the appointment of an experienced Site Engineer / Electrical Site Engineer / Bauleiter PV for a utility-scale Solar PV project in Germany.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising construction activities, coordinating contractors and subcontractors, monitoring quality and progress, reviewing works against drawings and specifications, supporting QA/QC and helping resolve technical issues on site. We’re looking for someone with:
– Strong utility-scale Solar PV construction experience
– Site supervision / contractor coordination experience
– Good understanding of electrical installation and MV systems
– QA/QC, ITPs and punch-list experience
– Exposure to testing, commissioning and handover
– Previous project experience in Germany preferred
