Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Cortex Technical Consultant to join a leading bank in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have 5–8 years of hands-on Cortex experience, strong banking experience, and must currently be based in Saudi Arabia.
The role involves supporting Cortex projects from implementation through to production, ensuring successful delivery across development, testing, and live environments. Strong technical knowledge of Cortex, Linux, Java, and Oracle is essential.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support for Cortex implementation, enhancement, and maintenance projects.
Coordinate technical activities and ensure project deliverables are completed on time.
Deploy application packages across Development, UAT, and Production environments.
Support system configuration, troubleshooting, and production support.
Work closely with project, infrastructure, and application teams to resolve technical issues.
Support UAT, production deployments, and post-implementation activities.
Maintain and support Cortex solutions using Linux, Java, and Oracle technologies.
Ensure system performance, stability, and successful delivery of technical solutions.
Requirements:
5–8 years of hands-on Cortex experience.
Strong experience working within the banking sector.
Must currently be based in Saudi Arabia (KSA).
Strong technical skills in Linux, Java, and Oracle.
