Role and Responsibilities
Need seasoned professional with deep technical background
Hands-on core technical expert with configuration capabilities
Not purely managerial – must actively configure systems
Must handle Level 3 support scenarios and escalations
Position involves both technical execution and system management
Skills and Experience
Network Technologies (Mandatory): Routing protocols: OSPF, BGP
VPN technologies and IPSec implementations, MPLS configuration and management
Voice Technologies: VoIP configuration and troubleshooting, TDM (Time Division Multiplexing) systems, SBC (Session Border Controller) configuration and connectivity understanding, Voice interconnect setup and management, Understanding of how SBC connects within network architecture.
Advanced routing and switching: Sigtran protocol knowledge, SCTP (Stream Control Transmission Protocol), IP networking fundamentals, STNs (Signaling Transfer Networks), IP bearing
Siebel CRM System: Work order creation, carrier management, service requests
Netcracker: Order tracking, system reflection validation, operational communication
