Role Summary
The ITSM Process Engineer is responsible for driving ITSM transformation initiatives through process optimization, workflow automation, and hands-on implementation of service management solutions. The role focuses on enhancing operational efficiency, improving service delivery, and optimizing ITSM processes within the existing ManageEngine environment while enabling advanced reporting and analytics through Power BI integration.
Role and Responsibilities
• Lead ITSM transformation initiatives focused on automation, process optimization, and workflow enhancements
• Analyze and redesign ITSM processes to improve efficiency, service quality, and user experience
• Perform hands-on implementation and configuration within the ManageEngine platform
• Design and implement automated workflows, approvals, and service processes
• Integrate ManageEngine with Power BI to deliver advanced dashboards and operational reporting
• Collaborate with IT, operations, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement improvements
• Support incident, problem, change, request, and asset management process enhancements
• Monitor process performance and identify continuous improvement opportunities
• Develop process documentation, SOPs, and governance standards
• Provide technical guidance and best practice recommendations for ITSM operations and transformation initiatives
Skills and Experience
• Proven experience as an ITSM Process Engineer or ITSM Transformation Specialist
• Expert-level hands-on experience with ManageEngine platform implementation and optimization
• Strong experience designing and implementing ITSM workflows and automation solutions
• Experience integrating ManageEngine with Power BI for reporting and analytics
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes and ITSM best practices
• Hands-on experience delivering multiple ITSM transformation and process improvement projects
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process engineering skills
• Experience in workflow automation, service catalog optimization, and operational efficiency improvements
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• ITIL certification and Power BI expertise are highly desirable
