Project Manager

Overview
Responsible for leading and delivering complex projects within an agile delivery environment, supporting ongoing agile transformation initiatives across banking and technology functions.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end project delivery using Agile methodologies
Coordinate cross-functional teams across business and technology
Drive agile transformation and delivery best practices
Monitor project timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communication
Facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and governance meetings
Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical delivery

Preferred Experience & Skills

5+ years of overall project management experience
Minimum 3 years’ banking sector experience within the GCC
Strong Agile/Scrum delivery experience
Experience managing enterprise or digital transformation projects
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Arabic speaking mandatory
