ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Participate in 24×7 operations support, including being part of an on-call rotation to promptly attend to incidents reported by the NOC.
• Troubleshoot network incidents related to legacy hardware and during transitional phases.
• Regular analysis of logs, errors and performance reports of Cisco network elements used in IT Network domain
• Fulfil service request from different entities following Ooredoo internal process
SKILLS & EXPEIRENCE
• 3+ years of experience
• Routing protocols: OSPF, IS-IS, BGP
• MPLS technologies: LDP, RSVP-TE, Segment Routing (SR-MPLS a plus)
• VPN services: L2VPN, L3VPN, VPLS
• Huawei Hardware Platform: NE9K & 5K, NE40, S9300, CX600-X8
• Cisco Enterprise & ACI Platform All Models
