Role Summary
We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst to join our insurance team. The role involves analyzing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and ensuring that solutions align with business objectives and regulatory requirements in the insurance sector.

Role and Responsibilities
• Analyze and document business processes and systems within the insurance domain.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements.
• Ensure solutions align with industry regulations and company objectives.
• Assist in implementing new systems and workflows and provide ongoing support.

Skills and Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the insurance industry.
• Strong understanding of insurance processes, products, and regulations.
• Proficiency in business process modeling, requirements gathering, and documentation.
• Experience with business analysis tools and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical thinking with a problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the insurance industry is a plus.
