Commissioning Manager

Linnk are currently supporting a data center project in Grenoble and looking for an experienced Commissioning Lead / Manager to join the project on a freelance basis.
The successful candidate will take the lead on the remaining commissioning programme, working closely with the project leadership team and managing a commissioning team of approximately 5–10 people.

Key responsibilities:
Lead and coordinate data center commissioning activities
Manage the commissioning plan and programme
Oversee commissioning documentation and reporting
Coordinate and manage the commissioning team
Drive testing activities across L3, L4 and L5
Ensure commissioning milestones are achieved through to project completion
Provide regular progress updates to project leadership

Location: Grenoble, France
Project: large scale Data Centre
Start: ASAP / early September
Initial duration: Approximately 3 months
Commissioning target: October’26
Extension: Potential additional 3–6 months
Working pattern: Predominantly onsite during preparation and commissioning, with some remote flexibility for reporting/documentation
Language: French essential; English desirable

Required experience:
Strong data centre commissioning experience
Previous responsibility for L3–L5 commissioning
Experience managing multidisciplinary commissioning teams
Strong planning, coordination and documentation skills
Able to take ownership of the commissioning programme with limited supervision
