Our Client offers a comprehensive range of services that include voice, messaging, data, fixed communications, Internet of Things, and ICT managed services for both consumers and businesses in Qatar.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Perform day-to-day operation related to Firewalls (Fortinet/Palo Alto) and Security Switches, including rule management, and incident remediation.
• Operate and maintain NetScout DDoS systems for Vodafone infrastructure and enterprise customer protection. Support and optimize Fortinet/Huawei SD-WAN solutions for secure connectivity, routing policies, traffic steering, application prioritization, and hybrid cloud integration.
• Ensure to handle local Vodafone’s internal DNS, proxy, authentication, and mail relay services, ensuring high availability, compliance, and reliability.

SKILLS & EXPEIRENCE
• 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in network security operations related to firewalls, switches, and load balancers
• Strong background in devices like Forti Authenticator, FortiGate, Forti Mail, Forti web.
• Bachelor’s or Engineering in IT /Telecom /Computer Networking.
• Fortinet certification (NSE4 to NSE7) Azure certification (AZ-104, AZ-500 and AZ-700)
• Scripting in python will be an added advantage
