The Junior Digital Designer is responsible for supporting the design and evolution of digital platforms and products across the organization. The role contributes to the development and maintenance of the digital design system, creates high-quality user interfaces and prototypes, and ensures consistent, engaging, and user-friendly digital experiences across different products and platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the maintenance and expansion of the digital design system in Figma, including components, patterns, templates, and design assets.
• Design responsive digital platforms, dashboards, portals, and applications across different digital products.
• Translate requirements, wireframes, and concepts into high-quality UI designs and interactive prototypes.
• Support the development of creative concepts and visual directions for new digital platforms and experiences.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 1–3 years of professional experience in digital design, UI/UX design, product design, or a similar role.
• Good proficiency in Figma, including Components, Auto Layout, Variants, and Prototyping.
• Strong understanding of UI design, responsive design, visual hierarchy, basic UX principles, and design systems.
